Proof first. Then the promise.
In a category where the first question is “is this agency legitimate?”, we would rather hand you the licence number than a slogan. Here is what we are, what we do, and how to check every word of it.
The Short Answer
Choose FINAS for verifiable licensing and ethical practice: a DMW licence valid to 2031, an experienced recruitment and deployment team, a strong network of international partners, efficient processing, and a documented commitment to candidate welfare and employer satisfaction. Every claim on this page can be checked against public records or the process itself.
Six reasons, in plain language.
Each point below is a working practice, not a slogan – and the section after this one shows you how to check.
-
Ethical and professional recruitment practices
Fees, steps, and requirements are explained before you commit to anything. Nothing is charged outside what DMW regulations allow.
-
Experienced recruitment and deployment team
The people handling your file have done this before, and you will know their names.
-
Strong network of international partners
Employers across Asia and the Gulf, in eleven industries.
-
Commitment to candidate welfare and employer satisfaction
Both sides of the placement are the client. A placement that fails one fails both.
-
Efficient processing and reliable support services
Documentation moves in a defined order, and you are told where your file sits.
-
Focus on quality manpower solutions
We match against the employer's actual job order, not against a quota.
Do not take our word for it. Here is how to check any agency.
The five steps below work on every recruitment agency in the Philippines, including this one. Run us through them.
-
Ask for the licence number.
Ours is on the panel beside these steps, with the dates it runs between. Any licensed agency can give you theirs without being asked twice.
-
Look it up on dmw.gov.ph.
The Department of Migrant Workers publishes the status of every licensed agency. A licence that is not listed, or is suspended, is your answer.
-
Check the address.
A licensed agency operates from the place stated on its licence. Ours is on P. Burgos Street, Pasay City – come and see it.
-
Ask what the fees are, in writing, before you pay anything.
Agencies may only charge what DMW regulations allow. Anyone asking for money “to reserve a slot” before a job order exists is a warning sign.
-
Be suspicious of guarantees.
No legitimate agency can guarantee a visa, a salary, or a departure date. Anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear.
If an agency, a “recruiter”, or a Facebook page asks you to pay before showing you a real job order, stop and report it to the Department of Migrant Workers. Being careful costs you nothing.
What employers get.
Filipino employees bring a blend of skills, attitudes, and cultural traits that make them a strong fit for international teams – and their value in the global labour market keeps rising as the world grows more interconnected.
- Strong English proficiency
- Exceptional work ethic
- Customer service excellence
- Family-oriented values
- Cultural adaptability
- Continuous learning

How do I know FINAS is a legitimate agency?
FINAS Manpower Recruitment Corporation is licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers under DMW-705-LB-03262026-R, valid 8 September 2025 to 7 September 2031, and has operated since 2015. Verify it on dmw.gov.ph, and do the same for every agency you deal with.
How do I apply?
Browse current openings, then apply online or visit the office at 2275 Interior P. Burgos Street, Pasay City. You will go through pre-screening, a trade test where the role requires one, then documentation. The full sequence is on the Applicant Process Guide.
What documents do I need to start?
A valid passport, NBI clearance, PSA birth certificate, recent photographs, and a resume covering real work history. Role-specific certificates, professional licences, and the medical examination follow once you are matched to a job order.
Start where you are.
Jobseeker or employer, the door is the same: a licensed agency, a listed address, and a team that answers. You now know how to check all three.
