What counts as sensitive personal information
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, your government IDs, your health information, and certain employment records are sensitive personal information. That is a legal category with stronger protection: we store these items more strictly, and we share them only when the step in front of your application actually requires it.
What we ask for and why
Every item below has one job. If a request ever does not fit this table, ask us why we need it. That is a fair question, and you are entitled to the answer.

What you are consenting to
- Processing your application – screening, matching, and the document steps between applying and deployment.
- Forwarding your profile – to the employer of the role you applied for, so they can decide on your application.
- Government processing – the submissions Philippine and destination-country rules require before you can deploy.
What you are not consenting to
- Marketing. Applying does not sign you up for anything.
- Sale of your data. Not to anyone, not for any price.
- Other employers. We do not forward your profile to employers you did not apply to without asking you first.
How long we keep your file
Your file is kept for the life of your application and for the record-keeping period the law requires of a licensed agency, then disposed of securely. Specific retention periods: Placeholder: retention periods to be confirmed, to be set with counsel against DMW record-keeping rules before launch.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent in writing at any time, by letter, by email, or at the office. We then stop the processing that depends on it, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
Being honest about the consequence: an application in progress usually cannot continue without the processing you are withdrawing from. We will tell you exactly what stops, and nothing punitive happens for asking.
Your rights and how to exercise them
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you the right to be informed, to access your information, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate information, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

If something goes wrong
Contact us first. Most concerns are resolved fastest by the people holding your file. Reach us through the contact page, by email, or at the Pasay City office.
