Privacy Policy
How FINAS collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information – and the rights the Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you.
Who we are
FINAS Manpower Recruitment Corporation (“FINAS”, “we”) is a private recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers, licence No. DMW-705-LB-03262026-R, with its licensed address at Unit F, 2nd Floor, F & C Building II, 2275 Interior P. Burgos Street, Brgy. 58, Zone 7, Pasay City. Our current office details are on the Contact page.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you deal with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you. FINAS is the personal information controller for that information.
What information we collect
Information you give us
- Applicant form – your name, email address, mobile number, the role and destination you are interested in, your message, and your CV if you attach one.
- Employer and partner forms – your name, company, position, email address, phone number, country, the roles and number of workers you need, your preferred start date, and your message.
- Applications – when you apply with us, your employment history, qualifications, identity documents such as your passport, certificates, clearances and, where a job order requires it, medical results.
- Messages – what you send us by email, by phone, or through Facebook Messenger.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data – through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: the pages you visit, how you reached the site, your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and how you scroll and click. See Cookies and analytics.
- Server logs – our web host records the IP address, browser and pages requested for each visit, to keep the site secure and working.
What happens when you send a form
When you submit a form, the website sends your details by email to the FINAS enquiry inbox. The website does not keep a copy: submissions are not saved in its database. A CV you attach travels with that email and is deleted from the web server as soon as the email has been sent.
To stop spam, the site keeps a scrambled version of your IP address, made with a secret key so it cannot be read back, for ten minutes. It is used only to count how many forms have been sent from one connection, and is then deleted automatically.
Our enquiry inbox is provided by Google (Gmail), so Google stores those emails on our behalf.
Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry or message.
- To assess your application and match you to approved job orders you qualify for.
- To process your deployment with the Department of Migrant Workers, employers and destination-country authorities.
- To meet the record-keeping duties of a licensed recruitment agency.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to keep it secure.
We collect what the enquiry or application in front of us needs, and nothing speculative.
Our legal bases
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 we process personal information on these bases: consent, which you give when you send a form, enquire or apply; contract, for the steps needed to place you with an employer; legal obligation, for what Philippine recruitment and record-keeping law requires of a licensed agency; and our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used. You can object to the last of these at any time, as explained under Cookies and analytics.
Information sent outside the Philippines
Google and Microsoft may process information on servers outside the Philippines, including in the United States. When you apply for a job abroad, we share your application with the employer in the destination country. We send only what the purpose needs, and we expect every recipient to protect it to a standard comparable to Philippine law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as the purpose it was collected for needs it, and for any longer period the law requires. Applicant records follow the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed recruitment agencies. Information from the tools on this site is kept for these periods:
- Google Analytics: up to 14 months.
- Microsoft Clarity: recordings for 30 days, and heatmaps and summary data for up to 13 months.
- Form spam check: ten minutes.
- CVs sent through the website: deleted from the web server as soon as the email is sent.
How we protect it
Access to applicant files is limited to the staff working on them, and staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings. Physical documents are stored securely at our office. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the site’s management and to our inbox is restricted to authorised staff.
Your rights
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you the right to be informed, to access your personal information, to object to its processing, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To use any of these rights, email us at finas.manpower@gmail.com with “Data privacy” in the subject line. There is no charge, and we reply within the period the law requires.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes with it. This version takes effect from that date.
