تستقطب شركة FINAS عاملة خدمة منزلية للعمل لدى صاحب عمل من الأسر الخاصة في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويُشترط الحصول على شهادة تدريب عاملات الخدمة المنزلية (HSW). وتخضع الشروط لطلب العمل DMW-approved الصادر عن صاحب العمل، ويجري تأكيدها خطيًا قبل توقيع العقد.
About the role
العمل في الخدمة المنزلية هو عمل منزلي داخل منزل خاص: التنظيف والغسيل والطهي، وفي بعض الطلبات رعاية الأطفال أو رعاية أحد كبار السن في الأسرة. والمهام المطلوبة في هذا الطلب هي المهام المدوّنة فيه دون سواها.
يستلزم التوظيف في الخدمة المنزلية متطلبات مستندية خاصة به، منها شهادة تدريب عامل الخدمة المنزلية. وإذا كان العقد المعروض عليك مخالفًا لطلب العمل DMW-approved، فأبلغ مسؤولك في FINAS قبل التوقيع عليه.
What the employer provides
Board, transport and cover are not verbal promises: they are lines on the employer’s DMW-approved job order, and your contract mirrors the order.
