About the role
يقوم الدعم الهندسي على نظام التذاكر: فرز الطلبات، ومعالجة أعطال الحواسيب المكتبية والشبكات، وإدارة الحسابات والأجهزة، وتصعيد الحالات ضمن مستويات الخدمة المعتمدة لدى صاحب العمل.

What the employer provides

If an item is not on the job order, it is not part of the offer. We walk through the order with you, line by line, at orientation.
