About the role
يشمل عمل مكتب الاستقبال تسجيل وصول النزلاء ومغادرتهم، وتلبية طلباتهم، وإدارة الحجوزات، وتسليم الوردية، وفق معيار الخدمة المعتمد لدى المنشأة.
تُستخدم اللغة الإنجليزية يوميًا في هذه الوظيفة، ولذلك يقوم صاحب العمل بتقييمها. أما المستوى المطلوب في الطلب وطريقة تقييمه فمبيّنان في طلب التوظيف المعتمد.
