About the role
介護業務には、雇用主の施設や事業所で生活する入居者・利用者に対する身体介護、移動の介助、食事の介助、日々の記録作成が含まれます。勤務場所、シフト体制、指揮監督の体制は雇用主が定めます。
特定技能の各分野には、それぞれ固有の資格要件や語学要件があり、雇用主ごと、またジョブオーダーごとに内容が異なります。FINASは、ご応募の手続きを進める前に、承認済みのジョブオーダーと照らし合わせて要件を確認いたします。
What the employer provides
Board, transport and cover are not verbal promises: they are lines on the employer’s DMW-approved job order, and your contract mirrors the order.
If an item is not on the job order, it is not part of the offer. We walk through the order with you, line by line, at orientation.

- Employer interview – we brief you on what the employer looks for beforehand.
