What the employer provides
Board, transport and cover are not verbal promises: they are lines on the employer’s DMW-approved job order, and your contract mirrors the order.
If an item is not on the job order, it is not part of the offer. We walk through the order with you, line by line, at orientation.

- Pre-screening and a document check against this job order’s requirements.
- Employer interview – we brief you on what the employer looks for beforehand.
- Documentation and deployment, with a named FINAS officer on your file throughout.
