About the role
サポートエンジニアリングはチケットベースの業務です。一次切り分け、デスクトップおよびネットワーク障害の対応、アカウントと端末の管理、そして雇用主が定めるサービスレベル内でのエスカレーションを担当します。
担当していただく技術スタックと、雇用主が認める資格については、承認済みの求人票に記載されています。事前選考には、資格証明書と職務経歴の記録をご持参ください。

If an item is not on the job order, it is not part of the offer. We walk through the order with you, line by line, at orientation.
