About the role
現場監督の業務は、作業員の調整、工法と工程の管理、そして請負業者自身の基準に基づく安全管理です。業務範囲、班の人数、報告系統は雇用主が定めます。
5年の経験は書類で証明できる必要があります。雇用主は履歴書上の申告ではなく記録によって経験を判断するためです。お持ちの書類を事前選考にご持参ください。ジョブオーダーで他に求められている書類についてもご案内します。
What the employer provides
Board, transport and cover are not verbal promises: they are lines on the employer’s DMW-approved job order, and your contract mirrors the order.
If an item is not on the job order, it is not part of the offer. We walk through the order with you, line by line, at orientation.
